As you all know, I sent one email to Zara and got at least a response that I could understand. I received a response from my last email to Zara.
Dear Ms. Palmer,
First of all we would like to thank you for dedicating us some minutes of your time in visiting our web site and sending your comments. We are sure that with this commentaries and requests we will be able to continue taking the pulse of the necessities from our clients, reason why we will transfer this request to the pertinent department.
Best regards.
I am not even going to comment on the amount of respect that has been lost because of the lack of proper English…but a blow off?! If you sent a message to Zara and get a response please post in the comments for this post so that we can compare. Did you get blown off too or did you actually get a normal, pleasant, well-written, response?

WOW ! That is really embarrassing. Shaking my head in disbelief. But as we are all learning, some companies get it and some companies don’t.
A response like this makes them look practically illiterate and worse, completely oblivious to their customers’ real desires.
It’s a poor reflection on Zara, all the way around.
It was a good read, thanks for the share.
Your article left me a deep impression. The structure is straightforward and most of readers can comprehend it. I truly appreciated you.
